Ori looked at the piano before going to bed, so that at night he would dream about the colors, and maybe about the melodies.

He did not know how to play, but did not worry. Next Sunday an expert teacher will come and explain everything.

On Sunday, teacher Ophir arrived. Ophir taught and explained, but Ori did not really understand. He only dreamed of the melodies and the colors.

Father and mother were disappointed with the child who did not understand or learn. They were a little angry with Ori, and even called him lazy. They forced him to practice every day, because it was a pity he did not know. But Ori could not really play.

Years passed, the piano raised dust, and no one played it. The piano was lonely and sad. He wanted to play beautiful melodies in Ori's house.

One day Ori passed by a small, quiet house, and heard a melody of the mischievous player who liked to laugh. Ori liked to listen to the playful melodies. They reminded him of the tunes he had dreamed of. He returned home and asked his parents if he could study with the mischievous player.

The player promised Ori that he would teach him to play only melodies that Ori likes, and maybe they are the same melodies that Ori dreamed of.

Without much explanation, the mischievous player seemed to play the piano like a game, and also let Ori play it and listen to the sounds and melodies. Ori got excited, fell in love with the piano, and learned to play it well.

Ori loved the special sound of the piano. Sometimes it seemed to him as if the piano was playing melodies of its own to make him happy and calm. And sometimes he felt as if the piano was playing inside his heart, making him happy and excited.
